Casting

A flexible solution for larger or more complex components

What is casting?

Casting is a manufacturing method where molten metal is poured into a mold and solidifies into the desired shape. The process allows for the production of both small and very large components, with great freedom in form and design. Depending on the requirements and volumes, different casting techniques are used, such as sand casting, die casting, or investment casting.

Since the metal solidifies within the cavity of the mold, even complex parts can be produced in a single step. This makes casting an attractive option when other methods are too limited in terms of shape or size.
