Cold Forming

Durable components with minimal material waste

What is cold forming?

Cold Forming is a manufacturing method in which metal is mechanically deformed without being heated. By applying high pressure at room temperature, the raw material is shaped into the desired geometry – often with exceptional precision and strength.

Since the material isn’t heated, its structure and integrity are preserved, while the process results in minimal material waste and tight tolerances. The outcome is components that often require no post-processing.
