Sintering

A technique for complex shapes and high volumes where material usage is optimized4o

What is sintering?

Sintering is a manufacturing method in which metal powder is compacted under high pressure and then heated to just below its melting point. During heating, the powder bonds into a solid part with a near-net shape and excellent dimensional stability. The process allows for the production of complex geometries with very low material waste.

Since sintering doesn’t require traditional forming, it is especially well-suited for small to medium-sized components where precision, volume, and material optimization are key.
