CNC Milling

Precision machining with minimal tolerances

Highly automated CNC milling for complex and demanding components

Falks Metall offers 4- and 5-axis CNC milling in our own facility with a high degree of automation. Unlike many others, we do not rely on external partners – the entire process is handled in-house at our state-of-the-art production plant. This gives us full control over quality, delivery precision, and efficiency.

With roots in precision machining since 1946, we are experts in milling complex components with a steady production flow. We manage advanced geometries with tight tolerances, and we perform at our best when the demands for precision, cleanliness, and traceability are at their highest.

What is milling?

Milling is a subtractive machining process in which a rotating tool removes material from a stationary workpiece.
Unlike turning, milling can be used to create flat surfaces, grooves, and complex 3D geometries.

Milling is one of the most versatile methods in machining and is often used for producing parts with high complexity and tight tolerances. The process requires careful adjustment of tool selection, cutting parameters, and machining strategies to achieve optimal efficiency and precision.
