Documented Traceability

Traceability of every part; from raw material to delivered component

Part tracing

At Falks, we understand the importance of being able to trace turned and milled parts to a material batch or production lot. Documented traceability throughout the entire production process, down to the individual level, is part of our everyday operations. We achieve this through our proprietary pallet system.

Part marking

We can laser mark parts with QR codes, Matrix codes, ID numbers, and part numbers, ensuring 100% traceability down to the part level.

Lasermarking

This is how the material moves through our production process.

1. The carrier

It starts with what we call "The carrier." A pallet with RFID marking that carries the workpieces. The pallet can be sent to exactly the parts of the facility required for the specific component. We have 100% traceability throughout the entire production process.

2. The workpiece

As long as the workpiece can stand on a pallet, we can do anything with it. The "near-net-shape" principle provides significant benefits in refinement, weight, material waste, and machining opportunities.
Full traceability throughout production

3. Integrated production

The workpiece is placed on the RFID-marked pallet. It can now be sent around the production facility completely automated – CNC, washing, marking, or whatever you need. At all times, it is fully visible through our vision system for control and monitoring.
