How we create stable processes

How we monitor and control our production with SPC(Statistical Process Control).

At Falks Metall, we pride ourselves on our stable and efficient manufacturing processes. By using statistical process control (SPC) and modern technology, we ensure that our products meet customer expectations.

We continuously monitor and control our processes using statistical methods. By collecting and analyzing data, we can identify any variations and adjust the processes in real time. This allows us to maintain a consistent and high quality of our products.

CPK value as a quality indicator

An important metric for us is the CPK value, which shows how stable a process is and how well it meets customer requirements. A high CPK value indicates a stable process. We aim for a CPK value of at least 1.33, which means that 99.9937% of our items are manufactured within the specified tolerances. This gives our customers the confidence that they are getting the right quality products.

Real-time monitoring for rapid action

In our production, we use real-time monitoring using monitors. The list is real-time for the properties that currently have the lowest CPK value for manufactured items (a range between CPK 1.6 to 7.0). In this way, our operators can quickly identify and fix any problems before it affects the quality of the products.

With such an outcome, we and our customers can rest assured that our manufacturing process is stable.
