At Falks Metall, we take pride in our stable and efficient manufacturing processes. By utilizing Statistical Process Control (SPC) and modern technology, we ensure that our products meet our customers' expectations.

We continuously monitor and control our processes using statistical methods. By collecting and analyzing data, we can identify any variations and adjust the processes in real time. This allows us to maintain consistent and high product quality.

CPK value as a quality indicator.

An important metric for us is the CPK value, which shows how stable a process is and how well it meets customer requirements. A high CPK value indicates a stable process. We aim for a CPK value of at least 1.33, meaning that 99.9937% of our products are manufactured within the specified tolerances. This provides our customers with the assurance that they receive products of the right quality.

Real-time monitoring for rapid response

In our production, we use real-time monitoring with the help of display screens.

The list is updated in real time for the properties that currently have the lowest CPK value for the manufactured items (ranging from CPK 1.6 to 7.0). This way, our operators can quickly identify and address any issues before they impact the quality of the products. With such results, both we and our customers can be confident that our manufacturing process is stable.
