How we work with control and measurement

We strive to deliver near-zero defects and have therefore invested in advanced measuring equipment and inspection machines for 100% control. We have the capacity to inspect large volumes from both our own production and external suppliers, ensuring the highest quality.

Reduced quality defects

By integrating measuring equipment directly into production cells, we improve precision and efficiency. Our inspection techniques reduce the risk of deviations and create value for our customers by saving both time and resources.4o mini

Optimized production

Using OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), we analyze and improve our processes. We aim to reach a level of 80% to ensure competitive solutions and high delivery accuracy.

Three fully equipped measurement rooms

Measuring ensures that our process is stable and that the components meet the requirements set by our customers. We therefore have three measurement rooms with different measuring equipment for various types of needs. Our measuring equipment is connected to an SPS system, allowing us to monitor our measurement values.

Our latest investment in measuring equipment is a Mitutoyo Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM). A CMM is primarily used to verify the shape and position of components. We also have a Formtracer from Mitutoyo. The advantage of a Formtracer compared to a Contracer is that the former measures both shape and surface. Therefore, we can also use the Formtracer to measure surface roughness.
